The Story Begins

Nicole started her career at 5 years old, selling golf balls, lemonade, and toys. She outdid the other kids on the block due to sheer hustle. Years later, she decided to focus her hustle on helping people, pursuing a doctorate in clinical psychology, and master of business administration, and master of criminal justice. Her first baby, Equilibria Psychological, grew into one of the largest psychology practices servicing the Greater Philadelphia community.

Equilibria Leadership is Launched…

Nicole launched Equilibria Leadership with the vision of bringing impactful psychological insight to leadership consulting. While she was at it, she also founded HeyKiddo, and authored two best-selling books – What Keeps Leaders Up At Night” and “Y in the Workplace: Managing the “Me First” Generation.

Nicole now serves leaders around the world with Equilibria Leadership. She is a sought-after organizational psychologist due to her expertise in human behavior and the psychology of leadership.

Nicole lives in Philly with her husband, Matt, her toddler, Charlie, and her cat, El Guapo Meatball. They can be found having killer living room dance parties at any given time.
